I am a recent/new graduate of California State University, Long Beach; I graduated in May 2022 with a degree in Computer Engineering, B.S.
I pride myself on being a fast learner. I am able to pick up any new programming language, skill, protocol, or idea in a small amount of time, allowing me to focus on applying the skills learned faster and getting to work quicker. A few examples of the skill at hand is all that's needed to get me up to speed in the subject matter. I'm naturally curious, which helps me learn quicker.
When I take hold of a new project, I like to sink my teeth into it and never let go until it's finished. I like to focus on my projects and give my all in order to create the best outcome I can. However, this doesn't mean I can't multi-task or compromise. I simply like to give my 100% to everything I do. I don't cut corners or take shortcuts.
I'm also a great team player. I've worked in many teams throughout my university career and beyond, taking on all sorts of roles in many different team formations from equal partners to team leader to simply helping others with their work. No matter the situation, my projects have nearly always been done on time and within specifications.
In my free time, I like to play bass guitar. I enjoy covering songs, and I would like to play in a real band one day.
